Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
As the Community Engagement Officer, you will be the bridge between the hub and its members. Your primary duties include:

Community Development: Designing strategies to recruit and onboard startups and innovators while maintaining active digital and physical communication channels.

Events & Programming: Planning monthly community events such as hackathons, demo days, and workshops to facilitate networking between startups and investors.

Partnership Building: Engaging with universities, NGOs, corporates, and government institutions (LGA) to support joint innovation initiatives.

Communications & Branding: Managing social media content, newsletters, and website updates. You will also lead the protection of the organization’s brand identity.

Monitoring & Impact: Maintaining a member CRM database and producing monthly reports on membership growth and engagement metrics.

Public Relations: Documenting success stories, managing community feedback loops, and handling crisis management professionally.
