Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work
The EMS Medical Assistance Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of medical cases. Key duties include:

Case Management: Planning and monitoring assigned medical assistance cases from initiation to closure.

Emergency Coordination: Managing ambulance dispatch for both emergency and non-emergency situations, including MEDEVAC (Air Ambulance) coordination.

Subscription Management: Developing and fully managing medical assistance subscription packages for clients.

Patient Monitoring: Monitoring patient progress in hospitals and providing regular updates to families and corporate clients.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating with hospitals, specialists, and insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery and Guarantee of Payment (GOP) approvals.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate medical records, reviewing treatment plans, and preparing weekly/monthly EMS case reports.

Customer Service: Ensuring professional communication via phone, email, or in person, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this professional role at TMHS, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or a relevant medical qualification.

Work Experience: At least three (3) years of working experience in a reputable organization.

Added Advantage: Previous experience working within Medical Insurance or case management will be highly valued.

Professionalism: Proven ability to handle confidential medical information and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
